After receiving the goods

1: If the packaging and product are damaged, it is necessary to provide timely photos of the outer box, outer box label, and product damage (compensation will be given according to the degree of damage, and if the product is damaged to the point where it cannot be used, customers can receive a free replacement or a full refund).
2: The dolls in the overseas warehouse are all made of TPE material, and the facial makeup is applied and will be wiped off. If the customer loses makeup during use, it is not a quality issue.
3: Overseas warehouses are all ordinary skeletons, which cannot be forcefully bent. The posture that normal people can do is the limit, which can be referred to in the manual.
4: Product quality issues need to be reported within 7 days of receipt, otherwise no further action will be taken.
5: Private health products do not accept returns or exchanges without reason. If there are quality issues, only replacement or compensation will be given. Please emphasize this in the description!
6: If the customer returns the package without authorization, the warehouse may not be able to locate the item, or if it affects secondary sales, no compensation will be given.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also come with the original packaging.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and within a certain number of days, the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or missing refund
If you have not received the refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to be officially credited.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time.

Special Offer Products

Only regular priced products are eligible for refunds. Special offer items are non refundable.

Exchange

We only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to replace the same product, please send an email to {email address} and send your product to {physical address}.

Gift

If the product is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive gift points equivalent to the return value. After receiving the returned product, we will mail the gift voucher to you.
If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sends the order to themselves for later gifting to you, we will refund the gift giver and they will be informed of your return status.

Transportation Return

To return your product, you should mail it to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the goods. The shipping fee is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
The time required for the replacement product to arrive at your hands may vary depending on your place of residence.
If you want to return more expensive items, you can consider using traceable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the product you return.
